Marijke Fagan has won a poster prize at the Magnetic Resonance and Porous Media (MRPM) 10 conference.
The Conference was hosted from Sunday 12th to Thursday 16th September 2010 by the Faculty of Physics and Earth Sciences of the University of Leipzig. It was attended by 7 members of the Magnetic Resonance Research Centre (MRRC), with Dr Jon Mitchell giving an invited talk on 'Relaxation Analysis of Porous Media at High Magnetic Field Strengths: The Influence of Internal Gradients'.
Marijke's poster was entitled 'Hydrology Studies of Heap Leaching Columns using Magnetic Resonance Imaging'. She is a PhD student here, working at the MRRC, supervised by Dr Mike Johns.
