Lee deep in conversation
Head of the Workshop, Lee Pratt, now has 26 years service to the University and to recognise this achievement he was invited to a Reception hosted by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Sir Leszek Borysiewicz, on Friday, 7 December 2012.
Lee joined the department in 1986 as part of a Youth Training Scheme and worked his way up. He became head of the workshop section in 2005.
The photograph shows him at a course given at the start of each academic year, instructing new PhD students in workshop techniques.
