Alex Routh has been awarded the McBain medal for 2010.
This award is made by the colloid subject groups of the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Society of Chemical Industry. The McBain award is named in honour of James W McBain, and awards a younger scientist who has made a meritorious contribution to the field of colloid and interface science.
The award comprises a medal and certificate and will be presented at a one day meeting in December 2010.
