Diversity@CEB Mission Statement

The mission of the Diversity@CEB initiative is to promote diversity and inclusion within the Department. In line with our Athena SWAN commitment, a special focus will be to improve the representation and visibility of individuals with diverse backgrounds and inspiring career paths at all levels.  An additional aim will be to improve the work environment at CEB, to foster creativity and innovation and to promote more engagement amongst colleagues throughout the Department. We will organise bi-annual events to celebrate and showcase diversity and work-life balance.  This will be followed by an open forum discussion. These events should not only be an inspiration but should also help us to identify actions to achieve our personal goals and make CEB a great place to work in.
