1. Silver shell colloidosomes
This picture shows the silver coated colloidosomes. The polymer shell colloidosomes are fully covered by silver sheet particles. This image was selected as the front cover of the European Polymer Journal last year.

2. Silver shell colloidosomes loading dye solution
This picture shows the impermeable silver shell colloidosomes loading Allura Red AC dye solution. Images (a) and (b) are different magnification SEM images of the capsules presenting the morphology. Images (c) is fluorescent image presenting the dye solution inside the capsules.

3. Gold shell colloidosomes
The two images show the gold coated colloidosomes in different magnification. The polymer shell colloidosomes are fully covered by gold particles.
