Roz Williams has been awarded an Institute of Leadership and Management level 3 certificate.

This is a management skills qualification, following a programme run by the University and externally accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). It offers an introduction to management skills. It is highly participative with a strong emphasis on applying new learning to your work situation for the benefit of your team and your department.

Roz passed the course in February and was presented with the award by Professor Sanders at a ceremony at the University Centre on 12 October 2012.

Roz is the Chief Teaching Laboratory Technician, based at the New Museums Site building.

Professor Sanders is Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Institutional Affairs, responsible for policy and strategy in the areas of human resources, environment, relationships with the local community and public engagement.
