Molecular chocolate combines science, confectionery and fun

Although many of us treat ourselves to a bar of chocolate from time to time, we probably don’t pay too much thought to the science behind why we enjoy it.

Now Dr Ljiljana Fruk has teamed up with a chocolatier and other creatives to produce a unique molecular chocolate. She told That's Cambridge reporter, Laura Brainwood, how the project aims to educate and combine science and confectionery and fun.
