We are pleased to announce the winners of the current photo competition.

The winning photo is "Multiple nuclei formation in Human Kidney cells when treated by Nocodazole to inhibit microtubule formation" by Meng Lu.
He will receive a  £125 Amazon voucher.

The second prize goes to "An Ink-jet printed superhydrophobic nanoparticle Christmas tree decorated with quantum dot based sensors" by Dominique Danger Piché, Benoit Chandesris, Dr. Jamie D. Walters.   The second prize is a £50 Amazon voucher.

"Flow patterns and draining films created by a coherent water jet" by Tao Wang came in third place.

Thank you to everyone who entered.  There were some great pictures.  Many of the images will feature on the Department's website and in the newsletter and they may receive national and international press coverage.   Some of them will also be printed on canvas and displayed in the Department.
