CEB new building Official Opening
CEB new building Official Opening

The official opening ceremony of the new Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology building will be taking place on Tuesday 24 April 2018.

We particularly wish to celebrate this milestone with all the friends, supporters and partners who have either made our success possible and/or have actively supported CEB and its activities through the years and an important period of change.

The building will be formally opened in the morning by the Chancellor of the University, Lord Sainsbury of Turville. The ceremony will take place at our new Departmental building on the University’s West Cambridge site. See location on this map.

The all-day flagship event will include an engaging and appealing programme of activities displaying the breadth of our research and teaching activities, and their economic and social impact. There will also be an informal lunch, allowing guests to talk to academics and students, and further refreshments during the day. The finalised programme will be posted online at a later stage.

There will be email invites being sent to alumni, partners, collaborators and supporters. For more information please contact Elena Gonzalez by email on eg314@cam.ac.uk or telephone + 44 (0)1223 762587

Registration for the event is now closed.
